River Cities' portfolio company Knowlagent, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, is rebranding itself as Intradiem. The company decided to change its name as its product expanded far beyond the company's original offering, an e-learning tool for training during idle time.

As the company has grown, Intradiem has developed a substantial technology foundation, strengthened its capabilities for providing real-time business reflexes and expanded services to satisfy a diverse portfolio of clients. The new name, Intradiem, more accurately reflects the company's technology and value proposition as customers utilize Intradiem in all facets of intraday management, including intraday task management, staffing, queue management and alerts.

"The new name depicts the capabilities of our product and the evolution of our company as the leading provider of intraday management solutions," said Matt McConnell, Intradiem's CEO. "We're excited to start the year off with this new brand and a mission to change the way companies respond to unpredictable events and conditions in order to increase productivity, profitability, and improve customer experiences."
