The NICO Myriad is now in the hands of TV stars operating on a baby with a hypothalamic hamartoma who had laughing seizures. Sound familiar? The script mirrors the story of Nico Bastolla, who NICO was named after, and will feature the Myriad in an episode of the new TNT medical drama series, Monday Mornings.

The NICO segment will air this Monday, March 18, at 10 p.m. on the TNT network.

Monday Mornings is produced by Dr. Sanjay Gupta, well known and respected neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical director and author of the book Monday Mornings, which the series is based on. NICO clinical education specialist Lauren Murphy was on the set of Monday Mornings during taping of the segment using the Myriad to help ensure accuracy in product handling, description of use in the script and use during surgery.
