"Many firms can provide capital, but what I found unique about RCC was their ability to provide strategic guidance every step of the way. Dan Fleming was on our board and he always challenged our assumptions and forced us to stress test our financial models. Additionally, Dan pushed us to be aligned with standard SaaS metrics. Based on the ongoing support from RCC, we had a successful exit in 2018 selling our company to Reputation."

"River Cities was a terrific partner, and I thank them for their leadership and stewardship these last few years. We are excited to have found a like-minded organization in Community Psychiatry, who shares our values and aspirations. This combination will enable us to reach more patients in need and be an even better partner to our clinician, payer and employee stakeholders."
