Kaylee joined RC in 2025 as an Investment Analyst after earning dual degrees in Analytical Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati. Early in college, Kaylee explored the intersection of data and strategy through internships at Kroger and Siemens. Spending sophomore summer at Deloitte’s M&A Advisory team as an intern in Ho Chi Minh City – her hometown, sparked her passion for finance. Kaylee later deepened her experience with cross-border transactions as an Investment Banking intern at Santander in New York during her junior summer.
Now based in Cincinnati—one of her favorite U.S. cities—Kaylee enjoys every facet of her role, from in-depth research and analysis to strategic conversations with amazing stakeholders.
Outside of work, Kaylee has been actively involved in cultural and professional communities, leading on-campus finance and consulting organizations, and supporting Vietnamese and international student initiatives. She unwinds by playing basketball and hiking—two activities that keep her grounded. So far, her favorite trails have been at Red River Gorge and Sequoia, but she’s always looking to add new pins to the map.
