Kaity Lynch
Manager of Administration
Kaity oversees the administrative functions and daily operations for the firm as the Manager of Administration.
Prior to joining RC Capital, Kaity managed the administration and operations at Northcreek Mezzanine in Cincinnati.
Kaity was named as part of the YWCA Cincinnati’s 2020 Class of Rising Stars. She has been active in the local young professional community, serving on the boards of the Cincinnati Works Young Professional Board, which is a non-profit organization that helps those working to get out of poverty find and keep employment. Kaity also volunteered for a local Christian ministry and managed the launch of their website and the process of obtaining their 501(c)(3) status.
Kaity earned a writing certificate in Journalism and a B.A. in Communication and Culture from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Kaity spends her spare time playing vintage and new video games with her husband, Levi. She can also be found chatting on the phone with either of her two sisters, or searching the internet for news about biology or astronomy so she can text it to her Aunt Barb.
