Kaity Lynch
Manager of Administration
Kaity joined RC Capital in 2022 and oversees the administrative functions and daily operations for the firm.
Prior to joining RC Capital, Kaity managed the administration and operations at Northcreek Mezzanine in Cincinnati.
Since 2020, Kaity has served as the Treasurer on the board of a local nonprofit, Fahrenkamp Ministries. She previously has held leadership positions in young professional networks throughout Cincinnati.
Kaity earned a writing certificate in Journalism and a B.A. in Communication and Culture from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Kaity spends her spare time playing vintage and new video games with her husband, Levi. She can also be found chatting on the phone with either of her two sisters, or searching the internet for news about biology or astronomy so she can text it to her Aunt Barb.
