Scott Steever

Scott Steever is a Vice President at RC Capital, based in Raleigh, where he leverages a diverse background spanning investment banking, healthcare, and engineering to drive value for portfolio companies and investors. Since joining RC Capital in 2022, Scott has played a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across the healthcare sector.

Prior to RC Capital, Scott was part of J.P. Morgan’s healthcare investment banking team in New York, advising a broad range of healthcare clients on M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives. Earlier in his career, Scott gained hands-on commercial experience as an orthopedic territory manager at Smith & Nephew in Washington, D.C., and developed deep technical expertise through consulting and engineering roles within the medical device industry at GCI.

Scott holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
