Britney supports RC Capital’s finance and operations team, assisting with transaction reconciliation, portfolio updates, and investor reporting. She works closely with the accounting and finance leadership to ensure accurate data entry, billing processes, and internal documentation. Britney joined RC Capital in 2023 and is currently expanding her role within the finance team.
She graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University and began her academic career in accounting before completing a degree in Art Education. Her background reflects a unique combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability — skills she now applies to RC Capital’s fast-paced financial environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring creative projects and continues to be passionate about education and the arts.
