Jesse Gray
Executive-in-Residence
Jesse joined RCC as an Executive-in-Residence in 2024 where he is focused on outsourced and ancillary services to the Life Sciences, Healthcare and Scientific markets. Prior to joining RCC, Jesse served as an Executive-in-Residence and then a member of the deal team at LLR Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm. While at LLR, Jesse served on the boards of Genesee Scientific, AdeptAg and Stratix.
Prior to his time at LLR, Jesse was a senior executive at Antylia Scientific (formerly known as Cole-Parmer) where he led corporate development, strategy and integrations. During his time at Antylia Scientific, Jesse sourced and executed seven acquisitions and led two successful monetizations.
Jesse began his career as an investment banker with Credit Suisse in the Global Industrials and Services group. Jesse earned a B.A. From the University of Michigan and a J.D. / M.B.A. From the University of Illinois.
Jesse resides outside of Chicago with his wife and three children.
Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, travel, Michigan Football and any project requiring a trip to Lowes or Home Depot.
