Robert Heimann
Managing Partner
Rob leads RCC’s healthcare services practice. He is currently a member of the boards of Cognitive Research Corporation, FlexCare Infusion and Endodontic Practice Partners.
Rob serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Christ Hospital Health Network where he chairs the Audit & Risk Committee and formerly chaired the Quality and Patient Safety Committee. He also serves as an Alternative Investment Advisor to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In addition, he serves on the board of the Elizabeth Gamble Deaconess Home Association, a foundation dedicated to improving community healthcare services. Rob is also trustee emeritus of Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati and co-chairs a regional selection committee for the University of Virginia’s Jefferson Scholarship Program.
Rob joined RCC in early 2004 with operations and investment experience in PE-backed companies with particular expertise in M&A transactions, channel development and corporate strategy. Rob holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated with distinction. He holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
Rob finds every opportunity to spend with family, strives for the elusive Father of the Year award from his three boys, always up for a good laugh with friends, has a passion for scuba diving, traveling, plays mediocre golf, marginally better tennis and spoils the family’s pandemic rescue puppy. While out of race shape, he can be found swimming, running or pelotoning during his free time.
